Fos-sur-Mer, Q4 2020 – VIRTUO has just signed a lease in future state of completion with the company SOCAH DISTRIBUTION, leader in the sale of specific tires (public works equipment, heavy goods vehicles, etc.) for the lease of 18,273 m2 out of the 43,103 m2 of the future port logistics platform named V.PARK FOS 1 already under construction in the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille Fos.

This signature announces the rental of almost half of the building. To date, 24,830 m2 remain available. Construction began in Spring 2020 and is already well underway with more than half of the building completed. The first handover is scheduled for the end of February 2021. The delivery to SOCAH DISTRIBUTION is scheduled for Q2 2021. As previously announced, this building will be of the latest generation, with photovoltaic panels on the roof, and it will benefit from a BREEAM very GOOD environmental certification. For this transaction, SOCAH DISTRIBUTION and VIRTUO were advised by BNP REAL ESTATES.
