Virtuo, a mission-led company, publishes its first Mission Committee report: commitments, impact indicators, concrete actions and areas for improvement.
Our first Mission Committee report: transparency, commitment and action
At Virtuo, we’ve chosen to align our strategy, our projects and our governance with a single mission: to design and deliver logistics real estate that is more sustainable, more human, and more valuable to the regions we serve.
As a mission-led company, we are therefore publishing our first Mission Committee report. This report represents an important milestone in our journey. It offers a moment to pause, reflect and be transparent—on what we’ve undertaken, what we’ve learned, and what remains to be achieved.
Why this report marks an important milestone
The Mission Committee ensures the proper implementation of our statutory mission. It is made up of both internal and external members, each bringing diverse expertise. Together, they offer an independent and rigorous perspective on our actions.
This first report therefore allows us to:
Report on the progress of our commitments
Assess the alignment between our objectives and our day-to-day practices
Identify areas for improvement
Strengthen the long-term governance of our mission
As such, this report is fully in line with a continuous improvement approach.
Our 10 commitments for more responsible logistics
We have formalised 10 clear and measurable commitments to structure our environmental, social and regional contribution. These are tracked using concrete indicators and a defined action plan:
Train and engage 100% of our employees in the fight against global warming
Measure our CO₂ emissions and commit to reducing them by 2030
Invest in reducing GHG emissions from our operations and fund certified low-carbon projects
Introduce project and partner selection criteria based on their environmental, social and territorial commitments
Adjust our land acquisition strategy to purchase only brownfield or regenerable sites by 2030
Deploy an environmental performance framework across 100% of our operations
Involve an ecologist in 100% of our projects
Develop temporary (or alternative) green spaces to promote biodiversity on our sites
Achieve BREEAM Excellent certification on 100% of our operations
Inform our clients and partners about sustainable development issues in logistics real estate
The Mission Committee: an independent perspective
To ensure rigorous oversight of our mission, we have formed a multidisciplinary Mission Committee, bringing together both internal and external members with complementary expertise.
Members of Virtuo’s Mission Committee:
- Arnaud le Mintier, Managing Director – Alteo Investment Management
- Mélanie Cahin, Director of Innovation, Sustainability & Projects – Virtuo
- Marie Nguyen, Director of Communications & Marketing – Virtuo
- Grégoire Guyon, Communications & CSR Director – Armor-Lux
- Vincent Kirklar, Head of Real Estate – STEF / IMMOSTEF
- Léa Sapin, Marketing & Communications Director – Élan
- Jennifer Lemarie, Investment Banker – Rothschild & Co
Their analysis highlights:
the strength of our strategic roadmap,
the initial results achieved, such as the widespread adoption of BREEAM Excellent certification,
and our ability to unite all teams around our mission.
They encourage us to further accelerate the communication of our mission to clients and partners, to better promote our social and territorial impact, and to reinforce biodiversity as a core operational pillar across our projects.
The challenges ahead remain significant, and our mission is a demanding one. This report serves as a reminder of our commitment, our progress, and our determination to continue on this path."

The Independent Third-Party (ITP) is responsible for impartially verifying the proper implementation of our statutory mission through our annual report.
