On October 10, 2023, VIRTUO delivered its V.PARK Bully 1 on the Parc d’activités de l’Alouette, located in the town of Bully-les-Mines (62) in the Hauts-de -France region.
This is the second building delivered on this logistics park (for the record, V.PARK Bully 2 was leased to NATUROPERA in 2021). A third and final building will later complete this logistics complex.
This latest-generation 36,000 m² platform is available immediately, and boasts BREEAM Very Good environmental certification.
