Virtuo Industrial Property welcomes Sénalia to V.PARK Le Havre, its low-carbon logistics platform developed within the Parc Logistique du Pont de Normandie 2, on the HAROPA PORT estate.
This new location will enable Sénalia to strengthen its logistics capabilities in Normandy, at the heart of Le Havre’s port ecosystem. It also marks the completion of the commercialisation of V.PARK Le Havre, which is now fully let even before becoming operational.
A strategic location at the heart of Le Havre
The site also benefits from direct connections to the major transport routes serving the Seine Valley and the rest of France. It therefore meets the needs of logistics, industrial and import-export companies seeking high-performance real estate solutions within easy reach of major domestic and international trade flows.
This new location is fully aligned with Sénalia’s ongoing development. With longstanding roots in Normandy and along the Seine corridor, the Group supports its customers’ freight flows both across France and internationally.
A 23,000 sq m low-carbon logistics platform
V.PARK Le Havre offers a total floor area of approximately 23,000 sq m, divided into three units. Two of these, representing 16,000 sq m, are already occupied by Distrimex. Sénalia’s arrival in the third unit therefore brings the platform’s occupancy rate to 100%.
Designed to meet exacting environmental standards, the building will notably feature:
- rooftop photovoltaic panels;
- a rainwater harvesting system;
- low-energy LED lighting.
In addition, V.PARK Le Havre is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. The platform is expected to become operational by the end of 2026.
This latest milestone follows the symbolic planting of the project’s first tree. To learn more about the building’s features and environmental commitments, read our article on the V.PARK Le Havre low-carbon logistics platform.
Sénalia strengthens its logistics capabilities in Normandy
A leading player in France’s agri-logistics sector, Sénalia operates across three complementary areas: port logistics, agro-industrial bulk logistics and warehousing.
The Group is supported by its member cooperatives, which account for nearly 60% of France’s grain harvest. It also handles close to 5 million tonnes of goods each year and offers warehousing capacity of 90,000 pallet spaces.
Through its presence at V.PARK Le Havre, Sénalia will benefit from a modern logistics facility in a strategic location. The site will support the development of its warehousing operations while further strengthening its foothold within Normandy’s port ecosystem.
