DISTRIMEX sets up at V.PARK Le Havre to support its growth and strengthen its regional presence

VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY welcomes DISTRIMEX, a leading company in the distribution and export of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, to its future low-carbon warehouse, V.PARK Le Havre.
This new location reflects the strong logistics momentum in the Le Havre region and a shared ambition to build a high-performance, sustainable and globally connected infrastructure.
A project at the heart of Le Havre’s logistics momentum
Located within the Pont de Normandie 2 Logistics Park (PLPN 2) on the HAROPA PORT estate, the future V.PARK Le Havre benefits from a strategic location.
Close to container terminals, the rail freight hub and major motorway links, this project is part of a broader effort to promote sustainable logistics development and territorial competitiveness.
Through this new development, VIRTUO continues to strengthen the next generation of logistics facilities in Le Havre — now one of France’s most dynamic logistics hubs.
A next-generation low-carbon warehouse
The V.PARK Le Havre will offer a total area of 23,000 sq.m, divided into three modular units ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 sq.m, complemented by modern and functional office spaces.
Designed in line with the highest environmental standards, the building will incorporate several low-carbon features:
Photovoltaic panels on the roof
Rainwater harvesting system
Low-consumption LED lighting
These measures will help the site achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming VIRTUO’s commitment to more responsible logistics.
The site is scheduled to be operational by late 2026.

A partnership built on trust and performance
For VIRTUO, this project reflects the core values guiding each collaboration: attentiveness, rigour and transparency.
Every stage of development has been designed to meet the specific needs of pharmaceutical distribution — from temperature control and enhanced safety to storage adapted for shipping containers.

Already established in Le Havre, DISTRIMEX reaffirms its Normandy roots with this project and its ambition to support growth through sustainable and well-connected logistics solutions.
