A strategic location at the heart of Le Havre’s port and multimodal hub
On Thursday 5 February 2026, VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, a mission-driven company specialising in responsible logistics real estate, and HAROPA PORT, a French state-owned public body and a major player in port and logistics development along the Seine corridor, marked the symbolic planting of the first tree at V.PARK Le Havre. This milestone marks a key stage in the development of this low-carbon logistics platform located within the Pont de Normandie 2 Logistics Park (PLPN 2), at the heart of HAROPA PORT’s estate.
On this occasion, Grégory Blouin, President of VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, Benoît Rochet, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of HAROPA PORT, and José-Daniel Garcia, International Executive Director of DISTRIMEX, came together to highlight the shared ambition of a project that combines logistics performance, port attractiveness and environmental excellence.
An innovative, low-carbon project aligned with the commitments of VIRTUO and HAROPA PORT**
With a total floor area of 23,000 sq m, V.PARK Le Havre has been designed to meet the most demanding environmental standards, with the aim of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
The building will notably include:
rooftop photovoltaic panels,
a rainwater harvesting system,
low-energy LED lighting,
as well as equipment promoting energy efficiency and a reduced carbon footprint.
The symbolic planting of this first tree reflects the partners’ shared commitment to reconciling logistics development, environmental preservation and landscape integration from the very early stages of the project.
The scheduled delivery of V.PARK Le Havre is planned for the third quarter of 2026.
A new strategic location for DISTRIMEX
A major player in pharmaceutical distribution and export, DISTRIMEX has leased 16,000 sq m within V.PARK Le Havre, marking a new stage in its growth and strengthening its logistics footprint in close proximity to major port flows.
This location will provide the company with a next-generation real estate facility, perfectly suited to the requirements of pharmaceutical logistics and to the challenges of performance, security and sustainability.
