Virtuo Industrial Property has inaugurated the V.PARK Ennery (57), a 26,500 m² low-carbon logistics platform located at the heart of the Eurotransit Hub in Rives-de-Moselle. This project reflects Virtuo’s commitment to designing sustainable, innovative and high-performance logistics buildings.

A strategic location in the heart of the Grand Est region
The V.PARK Ennery enjoys an ideal location, just 14 km north of Metz, at the centre of the Eurotransit Hub — one of the largest logistics clusters in eastern France.
Developed around the Stellantis plant, the park is home to nearly 80 companies and 7,200 jobs.
Thanks to its proximity to the A4 and A31 motorways, the Thionville-Illange river port and several regional airports, the site offers optimal connectivity for both national and European logistics flows.

A low-carbon building designed with environmental respect

The V.PARK Ennery has been designed in line with the most demanding environmental standards.
The goal: to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
The building includes:
three storage units,
25 loading docks,
two office blocks,
a dedicated HGV parking area,
and two ground-level access ramps.
From the design stage, Virtuo adopted a low-carbon approach: enhanced insulation, wood-fibre panels, a heat pump, 100% electric operation, and overall energy optimisation.
The site also features 250 melliferous trees and beehives installed in partnership with the UNAF (Union Nationale de l’Apiculture Française).
These initiatives demonstrate a strong commitment to biodiversity and ecological balance.
A project serving the region and supporting local employment
The V.PARK Ennery is now home to STOCKLOR, a Lorraine-based company specialising in integrated logistics solutions.
The company operates 10,850 m² of the site and plans to create 50 new jobs.
With six sites already established across Lorraine, STOCKLOR is strengthening its European presence.
Thanks to this new location, the company saves one day of transport time to both the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe.

A strong partnership with AG Real Estate
The V.PARK Ennery has been acquired by AG Real Estate, a European investor committed to responsible logistics assets.
The company shares Virtuo’s ambition to combine economic performance with long-term sustainability.

A successful collaboration with local stakeholders
The project was carried out in partnership with the municipality of Ennery and the Rives de Moselle Community of Municipalities, under the leadership of Julien Freyburger and Ghislaine Melon.
All parties praise a project that creates jobs, makes efficient use of land, and is seamlessly integrated into its environment.

Committed partners for an exemplary project
The success of the V.PARK Ennery relies on the dedication of trusted partners, all united by the same high standards of quality and sustainability.
As part of this project, designed by Nicot Architectes, Virtuo Industrial Property was advised by Transactis Immobilier, Noveo Consulting for due diligence, Oudot & Associés (notary) and Paul Hastings (legal counsel).
