VIRTUO is carrying out its development operation known as V.PARK ARLES on a former 10-hectare site acquired by DHL in Q4 2019.
Following a demolition phase this site will be redeveloped to accommodate new, contemporary, eco-friendly buildings.
The site will eventually comprise a 30,000m² class A logistics platform and a 8,000m² courier service. The logistics building will be available in Q4 2021.
The courier service is scheduled for Q3 2022.
These buildings will receive BREEAM environmental certification and are available for lease at this time.
