Grégory BLOUIN, President of VIRTUO and Mustafa DINCER, President of MOVUS LOGISTICS FRANCE, logistics subsidiary of the GETIR group, have announced that they have taken a lease of 12,815 m2 on the V.PARK FOS1 port logistics platform, on the FOS DISTRIPORT (13270).
After SOCAH Distribution’s lease (cells 3 & 4), the Turkish group GETIR has now moved into V.PARK FOS1 (cell 1), the first asset in the logistics park developed by Virtuo, located in the heart of the Fos-sur-Mer Distriport hub, part of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille Fos.
Of the 43,103 m2 of V.PARK FOS 1, only 12,000 m2 remain available, courtesy of BNP Paribas Real Estate, which initiated the two deals on this building.
“This lease validates our strategy of launching a number of projects without prior lease or sale to users (« en blanc ») over the past three years,” says Grégory Blouin, President of Virtuo.
MOVUS LOGISTICS (subsidiary responsible for the logistics operations of the GETIR Group), distributes grocery products (dry, fresh and frozen food products). This site will be used to centralize storage and distribution activities in a single platform so as to supply all of the « Last Miles » bases located in PACA (Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur).

This platform was built with CBRE Investment Management and HTC (main contractor) and was designed to meet Virtuo’s commitments to sustainable development. V.PARK FOS1 is equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roof thereby meeting the electricity consumption needs of part of the site. The site has already been awarded BREEAM very GOOD environmental certification.
